We do not sell your personal information to third parties.

3. Reddit Data

DemandDrop analyzes publicly available Reddit posts and comments. We do not access private Reddit data, direct messages, or any content that requires authentication. All Reddit data used in reports is publicly accessible on reddit.com.

4. AI Processing

Scan data is sent to Anthropic's Claude AI for analysis. This processing is subject to Anthropic's Privacy Policy. We do not use your scan data to train AI models.

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored securely using industry-standard encryption. We use Supabase for database hosting and Vercel for application hosting, both of which maintain SOC 2 compliance.

6. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services:

  • Stripe — payment processing
  • Clerk — authentication
  • Vercel — hosting and analytics
  • Anthropic (Claude) — AI analysis
