By accessing or using DemandDrop (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

DemandDrop is a web-based tool that analyzes publicly available Reddit discussions to identify market opportunities, pain points, product ideas, and content ideas. The Service uses AI to generate reports based on this publicly available data.

3. User Accounts

You may be required to create an account to access certain features. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account.

4. Free and Paid Plans

DemandDrop offers a free tier with limited scans per month and paid plans with additional features. Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or as a one-time lifetime payment. You may cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis within 14 days of purchase.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the Service
  • Abuse rate limits or attempt to circumvent usage restrictions
  • Misrepresent generated reports as original research without attribution

6. Intellectual Property

Reports generated by DemandDrop are yours to use. However, the underlying technology, branding, and Service design remain the property of DemandDrop. Reddit content quoted in reports remains the property of its original authors.

7. Disclaimer

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Reports are generated by AI and should be used as a starting point for research, not as definitive business advice. DemandDrop does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or profitability of any generated report.

8. Limitation of Liability

DemandDrop shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
